The Jacob Jensen Linear Series is the latest men’s collection of chronograph timepieces exhibiting the familiar, contemporary Jacob Jensen design signature. As the name suggests, its aesthetic is based on a series of perfectly proportioned lines and linear markings that results in this avant-garde series of chronograph timepieces. The cut through grooves in the faceted inner bezel serve to enhance and extend the dial marking of the Linear series. The watch’s polished hour markers appear to almost ‘fall’ through the raised index ring. The sub dials have a satin finish to contrast with brushed finish of the sun-ray dial.
The Jacob Jensen Linear Series 620 features a brushed stainless case, gun metal black sun-ray dial with polished silver index marks, silver hour and minute hands, date window, and black leather strap, all contributing to the watch’s striking appearance. Glass: Sapphire crystal. Diameter: 42mm. Case thickness: 8mm. Movement: Seiko quartz. Water resistant: 30 meters. 2 Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty.
Jacob Jensen was born in Copenhagen in 1926. He is recognized as one of the most creative designers of the 20th century. Over the past 40 years, Jacob Jensen has created hundreds of industrial products winning international acclaim with many examples of his work included in MoMA's Design Collection. Jacob Jensen Design continues today under the direction of his son Timothy Jacob Jensen.
