 This Frank Lloyd Wright 2012 Engagement Calendar illustrates a career that stretched into seven decades. Frank Lloyd Wright (1867–1959) changed the shape of American architecture. Wright built grand houses for wealthy captains of industry but also used simple materials to make beautiful homes available at lower cost. This engagement calendar presents two photographs each of sixteen buildings, public and private, designed by Wright, each accompanied by informative text and a quotation by Wright. Also included are an introduction; fifty-seven weekly grids and thirteen full-page monthly grids; double-page spreads of 2012 and 2013 yearly grids; a list of international holidays; a world time zone map; a 2013 year planner with US, UK, and Canadian holidays; pages for notes; and a page for personal information. Size: 6.12" x 8.25". Printed on FSC certified paper with soy-based inks. 120 pages with softcover and Wire-O binding in an attractive lightweight slipcase.
