The design of the Frank Lloyd Wright Coonley Playhouse card case is adapted from the center panel of the window triptych from the Avery Coonley Playhouse, Riverside, Illinois, 1912. Each shape on the card case symbolizes one of the five colors from the original window. Wright's design is believed to have been inspired by a parade with colorful balloons, flags and confetti. The design is one of Wright's most important decorative achievements. This Frank Lloyd Wright Collection product is authorized by the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation. Elegantly gift boxed and handmade in the USA, this card case makes a great individual or corporate gift. Rhodium plated brass, sealed with a non-tarnish finish. Card presenter mechanism. Size: L: 3.75" W: 2.25" D: 0.25".
