Frank Lloyd Wright designed this wooden wall sconce lamp for the interior of the Fredrick C. Robie House (1908) in Chicago, Illinois. Lighting always played an important role of Wright's architectural schemes. He would often incorporate wall sconces that followed motifs in the interior theme.
