FedEx GROUND shipping takes 1-4 business days within the 48 contiguous states depending on location. For example: Illinois - 1 business day; New York - 2 business days; California - 4 business days, Florida - 3 business days; FedEx 2-Day Shipping with 2 business day delivery within the 48 continental states; FedEx Next Day Shipping with next Business Day delivery within the 48 continental states (Hawaii and Alaska are shipped by Priority Mail). Expedited shipping for heavier, larger or more valuable items is usually custom quoted. Freight shipping for custom or made to order items provides liftgate with curbside delivery only. If you have any questions, please email us at service@maclinstudio.com or call 414.276.4750.

There is no additional charge for multiple items on the same order shipping to the same address.

 Expedited & International Shipping:

Almost all the items we offer on Design Collections are stocked here at Maclin. Orders received by Midnight Central Standard Time, ship out on the next business day except for a few items where otherwise indicated on the item page. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email order confirmation, followed by a second email when your order goes out with shipping details. Our Midwest location means fast delivery throughout the U.S.

Refund, Damaged Items, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Every piece we ship goes out with a Complete Satisfaction Guarantee. We ask that you please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damage MUST be reported by email within 5 business days of receipt. Please retain all original packaging materials until advised otherwise. Do not ship the item back to us. We will arrange for the carrier to collect it if necessary. Regrettably, we will not be able to process claims for damaged goods if this is not reported to us within the indicated time frame of 5 business days and/or if the original packaging materials have been discarded.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the unused merchandise in its original manufacturer packaging within 30 DAYS of receipt for a prompt and courteous exchange or refund. Holiday gifts purchased in November and December have an extended return period of 60 DAYS. Refunds do NOT include original or return shipping charges. 

When you receive free shipping, Design Collections is paying shipping costs on your behalf. Return of products voids the free shipping offer. Refunds will be less actual shipping fees incurred by Design Collections. A 20% restocking charge applies to special order or custom items. Exchanges are of course shipped at no charge. Please note: items that are returned beyond the standard 30 day return period or special holiday return period may qualify for a store credit as long as the item is in a new and unused condition with full manufacturer packing and is still offered on the website.

When you place your order to be shipped outside the United States through our secure encrypted order system, shipping worldwide is by International Airmail. USPS International Priority Mail or UPS Standard is $39.95 to Canada. USPS International Priority Mail is $47.95 to all other countries with estimated delivery in seven to fourteen days. (Please note that International Airmail final delivery is dependent on local postal services. Once the item is in your country, you will be responsible for any tariffs, customs and excise duties, or import fees that may apply. Weight and Dimensions restrictions may apply - if so we will notify you before processing those orders.)
