The Frank Lloyd Wright Tabletop Sprite is a reduced scale reproduction of the original Midway Gardens Sprite designed by Mr. Wright and sculptured by Alfonzo Ianelli, for the Midway Gardens complex, Chicago, Illinois, (1913-14). Nichols Bros. Stoneworks was granted a license by The Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation to produce stone garden vases and statuary designed by Mr. Wright. These pieces are faithfully reproduced from the original designs. Created from sketches in the Frank Lloyd Wright Archives, this sculpture is hand cast in hydro-stone with a limestone finish. The Tabletop Sprite with Sceptre is 12" in height.
